**2013 Update: I've spent the last 2 years learning to tattoo, and I have to say I have loved every minute of it! it has been a tough slog working 6 days a week and half of that without pay but I would do it all again!! I'm going to be uploading my fave pieces from now on so keep coming back to check them out :)..Also I'm still storm chasing every opportunity I get.***


If you look through my gallery you will see a common theme that is weather images, painted and photographed making up the majority of the gallery. That is because currently that's what I've been focussing on. Why? because I'm fascinated by weather but also the way humans think and feel and react to the world.

Does a cloudy day make you depressed? Or do you appreciate the sound of rain when falling asleep? These are classic examples of weather impacting on how you feel. The weather is always there its unavoidable and our lives can be affected immensely by its changes. Often we forget about the weather. As human beings we have devised many ways to work around it but every so often it takes our attention. This is what my investigation focuses on when we notice the weather how do we feel?

I have a fascination with the sky and its constant state of change. I see a reflection of life itself in the atmosphere.
